2. Return Shipment:
Authorized return must be shipped prepaid. Note: For your protection, insure
return shipment.
3. Conditions:
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return
acceptance.
a.
Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by us
Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
b. Sample
items are not returnable.
c.
Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise
defaced or damaged.
d.
Seasonal items (such as items designed for Christmas sales or Easter sales) are not
returnable.
e. All
discontinued items, including catalogs and other printed literature are not returnable.
f. All
personalized items are not returnable.
g. All
catalogs are not returnable.
h. All
sample packs are not returnable.
A copy of the ORIGINAL
ORDER CONFIRMATION must be included with the return.
DEFECTIVE
MERCHANDISE
1. Time Limit:
2 weeks from date of delivery.
2. Return
Shipment: Authorized return must be shipped prepaid. For your own
protection, insure the return shipment.
3. Handling:
Accepted returns will be credited to your account.
4. Authorization
Defined: Return authorization does not guarantee that return will be
accepted. Return will be accepted if it is within the policy herein stated and the
item is confirmed defective.
NOTE: Manufacturers'
Warranties. Many Gift Premium incentive items are guaranteed by the manufacturer
for periods up to 1 year. All such products specify warranty with the product.
If such item becomes defective while in use, the item should be returned to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement as specified in the Manufacturer's Warranty.

A DROP-SHIP
CUSTOMER WANTS TO RETURN AN ITEM
All conditions apply
for drop ship customers, as stated above. You are responsible for reimbursing your
customer for the returned merchandise.
